Several years ago my aunt started the tradition of painting ceramic Easter eggs. Instead of dying eggs and throwing them out, these precious gems can be brought out year after year as a decoration and a trip down memory lane. This year I made two special eggs with Avery's help. One has Avery's hand print and one I used her thumb print to create a bunny. I made an egg for her along with her daddy, Gigi, Grammy, Aunt Courtney, and Uncle Matt. We wrote the year and who created the egg for her. Each year we will made eggs to add to her collection and eventually she will be able to create her own "masterpiece."
